By joining the Platform, you agree to follow these principles at all times.

Practitioners must act in the best interest of the client at all times.

You must:

• Provide services only within your competence
• Never exploit emotional, psychological, or physical vulnerability
• Never make false claims or guarantees of healing

Practitioners must:

• Accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and services
• Clearly state what their modality can and cannot do
• Not mislead clients with exaggerated outcomes or spiritual manipulation

Practitioners must maintain clear, ethical boundaries.

You must not:

• Enter romantic, sexual, or financially exploitative relationships with clients
• Use client sessions for personal gain beyond agreed services
• Pressure clients to buy unrelated services or products

Practitioners must:

• Recognize when a client requires medical, psychological, or emergency care
• Refer clients to appropriate professionals when necessary
• Never claim to replace licensed medical or psychiatric treatment

All client information is strictly confidential.

You must:

• Protect client data
• Not record, share, or disclose sessions without explicit consent
• Follow all applicable privacy laws

Practitioners must treat all clients with respect regardless of:

• Race, gender, religion, sexuality, nationality, or beliefs

Discrimination or harassment is not tolerated.

Practitioners must:

• Use Healers Platform honestly
• Not manipulate reviews, ratings, or bookings
• Not attempt to move clients off the platform

Practitioners must report:

• Any client at risk of harm
• Any unethical behaviour observed on the platform

Failure to report serious harm may result in removal.

Violations of this Code may result in:

• Warning
• Suspension
• Permanent removal
• Loss of earnings

The Platform reserves full authority to enforce this Code.
