2. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your sessions and personal data are:

Practitioners must keep all information confidential.
Platform Permissions & Disclosure: Certain features of the Platform may require access to device functions such as camera, microphone, notifications, or calendar. Permissions are requested only when necessary and may be managed through device settings at any time.
3. Payment Protection
All payments are processed through the Platform.
This allows:
- Secure transactions
- Refund handling
- Dispute resolution
Never pay a practitioner outside the Platform.
4. User Safety & Off-Platform Activity
If a practitioner attempts to move communication, payments, or services outside the platform, users are required to report this behaviour immediately for their protection and safety.
5. Right to Report
You may report:
- Unprofessional behaviour
- Abuse
- Off-platform solicitation
- Safety concerns
Reports are investigated.
6. Crisis Support
Healers Platform is not an emergency service.
If you are in crisis:

7. Fair Treatment
You will not be:
- Discriminated against
- Harassed
- Exploited

8. Platform Intervention

- Issue refunds
- Remove practitioners
- Protect users
