You must:

• Follow all platform rules

You may not:

• Harass practitioners
• Abuse refunds or cancellations
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Our AI helps suggest Healing modalities based on symptoms.

It does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee outcomes.

When you book a session:

• You are booking directly with a practitioner
• Payment is processed by the Platform
• All video consultations are conducted securely on the platform
• The session is considered completed when it ends

All payments must be made through the Platform.

We hold and release payments to practitioners according to platform rules.

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Platform may intervene to protect users.

Practitioners:

• Are independent professionals
• Set their own prices
• Are responsible for session quality and legality

Healers Platform is not an emergency service.

Fake, abusive, or manipulative reviews are not allowed.

• Off-platform interactions
