Any client who:

• Finds a practitioner through Healers Platform
• Books or communicates via the Platform
• Is introduced through Platform marketing

is considered a Platform Client.

Practitioners must NOT:

• Ask clients to book sessions outside the Platform
• Share personal phone numbers, emails, payment links, or social media for session booking
• Offer discounts, gifts, or incentives to move sessions off-platform
• Provide off-platform payment options
• Continue sessions privately after meeting on the Platform

This rule protects:

• Clients (refunds, dispute resolution, safety, records)
• Practitioners (payment security, no chargebacks)
• The Platform (fair marketplace and sustainability)

The Platform may:

• Monitor communications
• Investigate suspicious behaviour
• Review booking and message patterns

If a Practitioner is found violating this policy, the Platform may:

• Suspend the account
• Withhold payments
• Permanently remove the practitioner
• Ban re-registration

No appeal is required.

If a client is encouraged to go off-platform:

• The Platform will notify the client
• The Practitioner will be investigated
• The client may be reassigned to a new healer

This policy applies even if:

• The client asks to go off-platform
• The practitioner claims it was the client's idea
• The practitioner already knew the client

If the connection happened through Healers Platform, it must stay on the Platform.

By using Healers Platform, you agree:

All Platform Clients stay on the Platform.
