Healers Platform is committed to providing a safe, fair, and trusted environment for all users. This policy governs how disputes, complaints, and violations are handled.
2. How Disputes Are Filed
Reports may be submitted via Email.
All reports must include:
- Practitioner name
- Description of issue
- Date and relevant details
3. Investigation Process
The Platform may:
- Review messages and bookings
- Request statements from both parties
- Examine patterns of behaviour
4. Interim Action
During investigation, the Platform may:
- Pause bookings
- Withhold payments
- Temporarily suspend accounts
5. Resolution Options
After review, the Platform may:
- Issue a refund or credit
- Require corrective action
- Warn the practitioner
- Suspend or permanently remove the practitioner
6. Zero Tolerance
Immediate removal will occur for:
- Sexual or emotional exploitation
- Fraud
- Off-platform solicitation
- Harmful or dangerous practices
7. No Retaliation
Practitioners may not retaliate against clients who file complaints.
8. Final Authority
All decisions by the Platform are final and binding.
9. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit the Platform's legal rights.
